misoprostol philippines abortion pill ph Originally from Oakleigh, Lethlean had one season in the VFL with Melbourne before joining Hawthorn's VFA side in 1922. A leading player for the club in the next three seasons, Lethlean stayed with the Mayblooms as they graduated to the VFL.
An in-and-out 1925 season as a forward turned around when Lethlean was placed in defence and used as a relief follower. His bulk, guile and tenacity made him well suited to the role, and he became a key contributor over the next few seasons.
Lethlean was elected captain of the side in 1927, where he gave good service as a first ruckman during an injury crisis, despite missing four games through suspension. He moved to Western Australia at the end of 1927 and could no longer play for the club, another good, experienced player lost to the club before his time. |
